We collect only what you send us, use it only to reply and help, and never sell it. Here’s exactly what happens to it.

Who we are (data controller)

This website is run by Soňa Mášová, trading as LYVECA AI, based in Bratislava, Slovakia – currently as an individual (business registration pending; this notice will be updated with company details once registered). For any privacy matter, we are the data controller: contact sonamasova@lyveca.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you choose to send us. Specifically:

–Contact / booking form – your name, email, phone (optional), the services you select, and your message. Used to reply to your enquiry and prepare a possible offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
–AI chat agent – the messages you type, and any name, email or company you share in the conversation. Used to answer your questions and, if you ask, to pass your enquiry to Soňa. Legal basis: your consent / pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b)).
–Analytics – Google Analytics, only if you enable it in the cookie banner. Details are in our Cookies Policy. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
–Server logs – our host records technical data (e.g. IP address, browser) to keep the site secure and running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes your data

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. To run the site we rely on a small number of trusted service providers (processors), listed in the table below. Each only processes your data on our instructions.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there. Those transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, which provide an adequate level of protection under GDPR Chapter V.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lead details only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting working relationship, and then delete them. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we remove it within a reasonable period. Analytics data follows the retention described in the Cookies Policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority – Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (dataprotection.gov.sk). To exercise any of these, email sonamasova@lyveca.com and we’ll respond within one month.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data – encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-limited storage, and no unnecessary collection. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as we would our own.
